Live on Purpose Coach
For many years it has been on my heart to help others uncover how they are wired and what they do best, discovering their purpose and living out that journey in a big way! With a special passion for helping young ones find their way as well as assisting those leaving the military – a tangible way to thank veterans for their service! As a Life Coaching San Antonio expert, I strive to bring my full passions into service for my clients.
As I lived these experiences out in my own life, as a young person just starting out, as a veteran clueless to find the right path, and then as a mom and youth sports coach touching the lives of young ones – it was clear there is a need for that guiding hand of support and wisdom to know the way toward those opportunities to excel.

Background
Growing up in upstate New York, I spent most days outside on adventures or playing various sports. I also started working when I was 12, growing a small paper route into a large one and earned enough money for my first black and white TV. I remember the satisfaction of growing and improving something in a tangible way as well as serving and making my customers happy.
As the first to attend college in my family, there was not much guidance available, and my eyes were opened to the wide range of choice without any real clear sense of direction. Since I truly didn’t know what I wanted to be when I grew up, I focused on my collegiate basketball career and was fortunate to start all four years, ending my career with a fun record of ‘career assist record holder’ (jokingly known as ‘the most generous one on the team’) as well as being a team captain.
It was a tough period, learning how to study effectively, especially with no passion for the major selected and juggling several jobs to keep afloat financially. I ended up enrolling in Army ROTC my junior year to help with expenses. On this new adventure, I found a place where I could focus and excel as I moved forward, ultimately achieving the distinguished military graduate status. After graduating, I spent several years proudly serving as an intelligence operations officer in the U.S. Army both stateside and overseas in multiple combat zones. The experience was invaluable, learning and growing much, and I was honored to have served.
I consider myself an unofficial Texan after raising my own family in the San Antonio area where I spent this season in the corporate world in various roles. I’m blessed with a beautiful family with always a furry friend or two to keep me smiling. They support me entirely with my Life Coaching San Antonio business.
Some favorite activities include getting to spend time hiking in the mountains of Colorado, visiting the hill country of Texas, or strolling along the beaches of North Carolina, capturing the amazing beauty of it all through the lens of a camera, tutoring budding students, as well as spending time with an amazing set of family and friends.

My Story
Over the years I discovered how much I enjoyed helping folks uncover and use their unique talents both at the team level and in their individual lives, no matter where I found myself. Admittedly, I wasn’t brave enough to consider doing this sort of thing full-time. But time and again I found myself gravitating to this type of activity and role and especially enjoyed watching how much success and joy folks experienced when they uncovered this treasure!
Leveraging many years on the basketball court growing up and through college, I spent years coaching little ones, teaching them the basics, and just loved watching them learn and grow and have a blast playing the game. This was impactful and fun, but my quest continued.
I spent a couple of decades searching for opportunities to do more of this activity with a career in corporate America. I remained upbeat, worked hard and reached a certain level of success, but underneath, I felt as if there was more.
The light bulb finally went on several years back when I realized my life and years of experience had actually been preparing me to be a coach, and the journey, although not without bumps and detours, has been truly motivating!

I find it a distinct privilege to work with those who are seeking to discover their unique wiring and assist them to find their purpose and live out that journey in a big way! What could be more rewarding and energizing than doing what makes you come alive, using your natural talents?!
It has been a rewarding journey to work with young ones, helping them see where they have talents and naturally thrive. It is easy to spot as they light up in that space. It is exciting to partner in this journey as they pursue a path which energizes them and inspires them to grow.
Adults are really no different – they are just big kids! Some have been blessed to have uncovered their talents earlier on, grow and pursue these, and venture down a path which allowed them to use their talents. However, many adults have just been plodding along a path with little-to-no direction. There is no passion or energy for the azimuth they are on. Often, they simply don’t know what to do or where to start to alter the direction in which they are heading. Many are cornered in by choices they have made, finances and the like. Taking the bold step to begin the coaching journey and uncover how they are inherently wired and where they might best thrive can be frightening but also very liberating. It is easy to spot how the quality of life for someone who is doing what they do best and living out that purpose is enhanced in a big and consistent way. Of course, we all hit speed bumps, but it is much less of a course correction when you are operating in the arena where you naturally shine.
